What the work looks like

The work takes different forms depending on the situation. What it has in common is working at the point where human behaviour meets organisational reality — and where the gap between the two is creating friction that structural solutions alone won't fix.

When something isn't translating

Who this is for

Senior leadership in organisations where capable direction is not producing expected outcomes.

What it looks like

Diagnostic conversations with leadership; a systemic view of where friction is actually located; structured work with senior team and/or mid-level managers; ongoing support as things shift.

Format

Typically begins with a scoping conversation, followed by a structured diagnostic phase (4–6 weeks), followed by an ongoing working relationship.

Works with

Organisations directly, or alongside existing consultancies as the human behaviour layer.

When change isn't landing

Who this is for

Organisations or consultancies running transformation programmes where structural change is in motion but behavioural change is not following.

What it looks like

Working inside the programme on the human side of adoption; supporting managers who are the implementation layer; surfacing and working with resistance rather than pushing through it.

Format

Engaged as a specialist within an existing programme, or as the lead on the human dimension of a change initiative.

Note

Particularly relevant for AI adoption programmes, tool rollouts, culture change, and post-acquisition integration.

When managers are caught in the middle

Who this is for

Senior leaders who can see that their mid-level managers are under-supported and struggling to translate strategic direction into team behaviour.

What it looks like

Individual coaching and support for key managers; group work with a cohort of mid-level leaders; building the capability to navigate the squeeze between top-down pressure and ground-level resistance.

Format

Typically a 3–6 month engagement, combining individual and group sessions.

Nature immersion for leadership teams

Who this is for

Senior teams who need to step out of urgency and noise to think more clearly, make better decisions, and reconnect to what matters in the work ahead.

What it looks like

Designed offsites and immersive experiences in the French Alps and beyond — combining structured reflection and facilitated conversation with the physical reality of mountain environments.

Format

Typically 1–3 days; can be combined with ongoing organisational work or stand alone. Primarily Chamonix and the French Alps, but can be arranged elsewhere.

Note

This is not a team-building day or a wellness retreat. It is a designed experience for working leaders who need a different kind of thinking environment.

Most engagements begin with a conversation — typically 30 minutes, no obligation, and useful on its own terms regardless of what follows.
